Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using TabKebab ("the Extension"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Extension.

Description of Service

TabKebab is a free Chrome browser extension for organizing and managing browser tabs. Features include tab grouping, stashing, session management, duplicate detection, and optional AI-powered organization.

License

TabKebab is open source software. See the LICENSE file for details.

Privacy

TabKebab collects no data. No telemetry, analytics, or tracking of any kind. See our full Privacy Policy for details on local storage and optional features that transmit data.

Third-Party Services

The Extension optionally integrates with third-party services. Use of these services is subject to their own terms:

• OpenAI — openai.com/terms
• Anthropic — anthropic.com/terms
• Google Gemini — ai.google.dev/terms
• Google Drive — policies.google.com/terms

You are responsible for your own API keys, usage, and any costs incurred with these providers.

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for any API keys you enter into the Extension.
• You are responsible for any data you choose to export or sync to Google Drive.
• Do not use the Extension for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE EXTENSION OR THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE EXTENSION.

This includes but is not limited to: data loss, tab loss, browser issues, API charges from third-party providers, or any other consequences arising from the use of this Extension.

Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Changes will be committed to the project repository with a clear diff. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
